Note: If your order is very specific and your requirements do not align with the available illustration packages, please feel free to reach out to me (via Discord, email, or Instagram) to discuss your vision. We can work together to determine a suitable price for your project. Additionally, if you have a specific budget in mind for one of the illustration packages you may present valid arguments to ask for a price negotiation. However, kindly note that my expertise lies in character illustration.

If you require additional characters or any other additional features, there will be an extra cost.This may include :   ▻ Additional Characters :

   - $30 per additional Standard character
   - $60 per additional Dynamic Illustration character   ▻ Background (2 levels) :
   - Elaborate Background (as in the Dynamic Illustration package) : + $30
   - Detailed Background (complex structures,furniture,perspective) : + $60   ▻ Full Body : + $10
   - This is only applicable to the Basic Illustration package since the other
   packages let you choose the framing of your character

★ General Terms ★


▻ Commissions are first come, first serve.
▻ Commission prices are subject to change depending on demand.
▻ You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.
► You will be limited to 3 changes / revisions (additional changes will cost between 5 to 50 USD each).
▻ Commissions are NOT allowed to be turned into NFTS.
▻ I reserve the right to decline any commission request.
▻ Under normal circumstances, lead time may be 1 week - 1 month max.

► The payment will be split into 2 parts: 30% of the total price after signing the estimate, and the remaining 70% after validation of the sketches.
► All transactions will be made via Paypal with invoice. (+ 4% Paypal fee)

● Art Process ●


▻ When clicking on the "ORDER NOW" button, you will be redirected to a Google form to fill out. Please provide as much information as possible.► After reviewing your google form, I will send you an estimate. Naturally, you are FREE to decline my offer, and try to negotiate or simply stop the art adventure there.
If you accept the estimate, I will start drawing the sketch once you have signed the estimate AND when I have received the first percentage payment (30%).► Revision 1 : Major changes (composition, pose...) can be requested only during the sketch phase.► Once the sketch is approved, we move to the illustration phase (Lineart, Rendering,...). I will start working on it once I have received the final percentage payment (70%)▻ Finished drawings will be sent for a final review.▻ Revision 2 : Minor changes if there is any (error on color or adding)
A 3rd minor revision can be requested during any stage▻ After everything is approved, I will send you an email with your file/s.▻ Commissions are usually finished within 1-3 weeks once started, but it can take more time, depending on my schedule (max: 1 month.)

✕ Cancellation & Refund Policy ✕


▻ After receiving the sketch, you are free to choose to end the order at this stage without being refunded (therefore, I will keep the 30% of the total price). Please note that canceling implies that the client has not requested any modifications to the sketch received.
This rule is to reassure potential new customers trying out the artistic ordering process► The customer is NOT allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.▻ If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.▻ If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.► If you are getting a refund, DO NOT request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.► ⚠️ If you request a PayPal chargeback at any point, you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply PayPal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
